Deliveries
Delivery is to UK addresses only..
As far as possible orders will be sent same day or within two working days by Royal mail.
I will send you an email notification as soon as your order is in the post.
Do you deliver to anywhere other than the UK?
No, delivery is to UK only.
Where is the UK?
The UK is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
If you have a Royal Mail postcode you are a resident of the UK.
How much is postage and packing?
£2.50 is added towards postage and packing on all orders under £25.00.
There is no p&p charge for orders over £25.00.
Returns
Faulty goods will be replaced. Please contact me first before returning any items.

Can I cancel my order?
Your statuary rights allow you to cancel your order within 14 days and return mail order goods within 14 days of cancellation.
Can I return an unwanted item?
When ordering by mail (online or otherwise) it is your statuary right to return anything you are not satisfied with within 14 days.
It is my policy to allow up to 30 days for returns.The customer pays the postage on any goods returned.
A refund will be made for any items returned.
Goods returned must be unused re-saleable condition.
Please email me or pop an explanatory note in with returned items.
Pierced earring wires are non returnable for reasons of hygiene.
How do I return damaged products?
If a product arrives damaged please contact me at littlebeader@yahoo.co.uk or via the contact form to arrange for a replacement or refund.

All sizes are approximate.
Colours will appear different on different screens and devices.
Gold, silver, copper, nickel etc. may refer to colours not materials unless stated as such.

Payments are taken credit/debit card through Paypal,
Paypal is a secure website payment provider.
Can I use my credit/debit card without a Paypal account?
