Delivery
I only deliver to UK addresses.
As far as possible orders will be sent same day or within two working days by Royal mail. 
I will send you an email notification as soon as your order is in the post.

Postage and Packing
£2.50 is added towards postage and packing on all orders under £25.
Postage and packing is free on orders £25 and above. 

Payments
Payments are taken credit/debit card through Paypal, this is a secure website payment provider.
You do not need a Paypal account to make payments.

Returns
Faulty goods will be replaced. Please contact me first before returning any items. Emails to Sue at littlebeader@yahoo.co.uk

Your statuary rights allow you to cancel your order within 14 days and return mail order goods within 14 days of cancellation.
It is my policy to allow up to 30 days for returns.
The customer pays the postage on any goods returned.
A refund will be made for any items returned.
Goods returned must be unused re-saleable condition.
Pierced earring wires are non returnable for reasons of hygiene.

Colours will appear different on different screens and devices.
Gold, silver, copper, nickel etc. may refer to colours not materials unless stated as such.
